"What is the blog network coop?"

It's a way to get backlinks fast. You add a widget to your Wordpress blog. This displays text links to sites owned by other members of the cooperative. In return, your links are printed on sites owned by other members. It's a free backlinks submitter and a free backlinks generator, rolled into one.

Importantly all the blogs and all the keyword phrases are MANUALLY APPROVED to maintain quality standards. After that, it's all automatic. Every new blog post you put up will have different randomly-chosen links showing on, except for the occasional duplicate which random selection can produce.

"I only have one blog. Can I join?"

Yes. Whether you've got 1 or 10 or 100 or more, you're welcome.

"Do I have to publish a link to your blog coop?"

"What sites can I promote? -- affiliate sites?"

Yes, you can link to any site you like. Provided it meets our what-is-permitted guidelines above. So yes, you can promote affiliate sites or sites belonging to your friends or SEO clients.

"How many links are published on my site?"

Currently it's 4 links. As we test and tweak, that number may change a little.

"Are these reciprocal links?"

Nope. They are one way backlinks, with the possibility that one of your sites will occasionally link to a site that also links to you. Since link selection is random, it could happen but that'd have to be rare, considering the size of our links list already.

"My blog pages are hosted by GoDaddy. I can still use your software?"

Yes indeedy. Any host will be fine, so long as your site is a Wordpress blog.

"How to backlink?"

Getting more backlinks is really simple with the Blog Network Coop.

1) Install our widget, enter your username, and drag the widget into your sidebar.

2) Then add your blogs.

3) Then you add your keyphrases.

"What's the catch?"

Hey, ya got me! Actually the "catch" is that I want to post my links on your sites. How many sites do you have? Let's say 10. Okay, I want to publish my text links on your TEN sites. In exchange I'm going to publish your links on HUNDREDS of sites. Some of those sites are mine. Many of them aren't.

Catch? Hmm, I think not. And I'm paying for the VPS hosting plus the cost of software development. Let me know if you can find a catch in there somewhere... 'coz I sure cant.

"Is there a way to track my statistics on the BlogNetworkCoop? as in, track impressions, clicks, where my sites are indexed, etc.... ?"

We dont provide any tracking but you can to see your growing number of backlinks and where they are coming from at MajesticSEO which is the best free link stats service now that Yahoo is reportedly no longer updating their stats. Google's published backlink stats are not complete either -- and never have been, from what I read.

"Am I locked in?"

Not at all. It's just a Wordpress plugin. You retain ownership and control over your own blogs. I dont even ask for login access to your sites.

Anytime you want to walk away from our backlink service, simply delete the free backlinks plugin. Of course if you remove your blog from the network, we'll stop showing your links across the network. Fair's fair. This protects our loyal members from scammers. Actually we have several systems in place to also protect our members from would-be exploiters. We dont disclose what they are, but they work well.

"I want to build backlinks to my site but does your system work?"

You can check how many links are pointing to your site on day one and check again later to see the results. With Yahoo no longer updating their stats, the best backlink stats service now is MajesticSEO. Their basic info is free and it's all you need to track how many more backlinks you're getting.

"Do I have to promote the same sites that I add the widget to?"

Not at all. You can add the widget to your Wordpress blog/s and it will show random links from the entire database which contains all the links of all the members. Whatever links you choose to add to the database is entirely up to you and you can promote your own sites or completely different ones. You can also promote sites which are not blogs.

"Does my blog have to be a upper level blog? Meaning - can I have a blog like mydomainname.com/blog as the blog on which I can install this widget?"

That's fine. domain.com/blog or blog.domain.com are both fine. As long as it's a real blog... with growing content. Not just a few static pages. Autoblogs are fine.

"Does it matter that the links on my site will be from random sites that are unrelated to mine?"

I need to start collecting quotes from those who have tested this (I've read plenty on the WarriorForum.com, for example). But the general consensus I am seeing is that, while related links are better, non-related links are not a significant problem. I know that for more than a year now, this system of random unrelated links has served me well in getting sites onto the first page of search engine results.

"Can I set it up so I only get links from a category related to my website?"

UPDATE 13Aug11: Yes, we are now setting up the option of CATEGORY LINKS. With this, you can choose to display niche links on your blog. With nearly 300 categories and subcategories, you can show related backlinks on your site.

If there are not enough links in your particular subcategory, we will include links from the category. For example, if there were not enough niche links in the "Health and Fitness-Cardio" subcategory, we'd include some links from the "Health and Fitness" category.

During the rollout and testing period, the Category Links option will be free. A modest monthly fee will apply after that. Havent yet decided on the amount to charge for niche backlinks, but it will be well below what others might charge... because I'd prefer have you and your blogs in the network than to price you out.

SUMMARY:
